Above prices are for the number of people quoted. Additional guests are $10.00 per day or $70.00 per week. Our facilities are for registered guests only. The maximum number of guests for each cottage is strictly enforced. Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Reservations made for some Holidays and seasons must be a 5, 6 or 7 night stay, with a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday arrival date. There is a two-night minimum on all reservations. We recommend early reservations to assure the accommodations you most desire.
Reservations for three nights or less require a one-night deposit.
Reservations for four or more nights require a two-night deposit.
All reservations require a 50% Deposite. Your deposits can be made by credit card, cash, check or money order. If not received in 7 days we will be forced to cancel the reservation.
Check in is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm unless special arrangements are made with the office. Check out is at 11:00 am. Late departures will result in another days charge.
Firewood is available in the winter season for an additional charge. No refund for unused firewood.
Cancellation Policy
We know that plans can go astray. However we rely primarily on advance reservations, and cancellations cannot readily be filled. So to be fair to all concerned, our policy is as follows:
If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before the arrival date, then the deposit may be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days of the arrival date, then the deposit is forfeited and not refundable. Cancellation period for groups renting 2 or more cabins is 60 days.
There is a $25.00 administration charge for all cancellations.
Deposits are applied to your rental. The balance is due upon your arrival. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and cash at check in. Please no checks upon arrival. All guests are financially responsible for the time reserved; there will be no refunds due to weather, change of plans, or early departures.
